Fees
- Quiverbroker.com does not charge any fees for shops to list products.
- Buy Now button is an additional cost of $599.99 per year. email [email protected] to get started.
- Right of access to quiverbroker.com is granted by Quiverbroker media group and may be revoked at any time at our sole discretion.
- Fees are only charged for advertising, and buy now button activation. please email us for info.
Right of Use - Images - Uploading images
- By uploading images on quiverbroker.com you are authorizing quiverbroker.com full usage rights. You agree that quiverbroker.com may use the uploaded images for any means, and on any platform managed by quiverbroker.com.
- You attest that you have full useage rights to the image(s) you are uploading.
- Images may only be of the item listed for sale. Photos containing images not representative of the listed item shall be removed at our discretion.
Closing or Re-instating Account
- You can close your account at any time.
- The only valid method for closing your account is by emailing us at [email protected]
- If you close your account your listings will become inactive but will be maintained in our system.
- You may re-instate your account at any time by simply emailing us.
- Shops may have 1 active account for each location.
Refunds / Credits
- NO REFUNDS FOR ADS, OR THE BUY NOW BUTTON WILL BE ISSUED FOR ANY REASON EITHER IN PART OR IN FULL ONCE ACTIVATED.
Listings
- All listings are subject to review and may be removed at our sole discretion for any reason. Listings may include SUP, SURF, KITEBOARD, WINDSURFING, WING FOILING related hard goods, and accessories.
- Should a brand that you would like to list not show up in the dropdown menu please email us and we'll get it on right away.
External URL links / Buy Now button
- Buy Now button, and any external URL links may ONLY be directed to the exact product on your store website, OR the exact product on the manufacturers website. Links directed anywhere else including to third party seller sites will be removed and your account subject to closure without any refunds paid for use of the buy now button.
Termination or suspension of account
- Quiverbroker.com may at anytime terminate or suspend your account if at our discretion feel you have violated any of our terms and conditions that may be changed from time to time.
